One dashboard for your
loyalty cards, appointments, table bookings, WhatsApp orders, QR orders and menus in MaltaLoyalty cardsAppointmentsTable bookingsWhatsApp ordersQR ordersMenus
Take bookings, take orders and bring customers back — six tools on one login, whatever it is you sell.
Zero commission, zero per-cover fees, and nothing for your customers to download.
Most businesses pay four different companies for these. Switch on the ones you need and turn the rest off.
01
Digital loyalty cards
The card they never leave at home
It sits in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, right next to their boarding pass. No app to download. No plastic to lose. Add a stamp and their phone lights up before they've left the counter — so the card does the reminding for you. Stamps, points or a prepaid balance: pick what suits you, change it whenever.
They top up, you hold the cash, they spend it back.

Your logo and your colours go on the card, and every program type is included on every plan.
Also on the same card
Memberships, class packs and visit rewards
Anything sold up front, on the same card. A membership renews on its own and warns on the lock screen before it lapses. A pack counts itself down as sessions are used, so nobody argues about how many are left. A visit tally quietly earns the free one. Sell by the month, by the ten, or by the visit — and stop chasing renewals by text message.
Renewals chase themselves, packs count themselves down, and freezes and last-visit dates sit in the same dashboard. It fits anything sold as a pack — a course of salon treatments, a book of car washes, a coffee subscription.

✓One link for your Instagram and Facebook bio
✓Pickup, delivery or eat-in — you set the rules and the radius
✓The customer's number stays in your phone, not a marketplace

Multi-language menus
One QR code. Fourteen languages. Zero reprinting.
Half of Malta's covers are tourists. Give them the menu in their own language and they order more, ask fewer questions and tip better. Change a price once and it changes everywhere.
✓Guests get their phone's language automatically
✓Sold out? Hide the dish in seconds, not at the printer
✓Allergens and dietary tags translated with the dish
Same QR code. Same prices. The guest never picks a language.
Beyond the six
Need something that isn't on this page? We build that too.
The six tools cover what most businesses in Malta need. When they don't, we build the
missing piece ourselves — around how your business actually runs.
Custom software
A tool built around your process, not one you bend your process to fit — stock, jobs,
deliveries, memberships.
Custom dashboards
One screen with your numbers on it, kept current — instead of five tabs and a monthly
export put together by hand.
Websites
Tailor-made and built to load fast, wired into your bookings, menu and loyalty so it
isn't a separate thing to keep updated.
Day-to-day automation
The repetitive weekly jobs — reports, reminders, re-typing the same data twice. Set up
once, then left alone.
Not sure it can be built?
Tell us what the day looks like now and we'll tell you honestly whether software helps —
and what it would take.
Not on a new client's first appointment. Not per cover on a Friday night. Not a slice of a takeaway order. You pay for the software, and that's the whole bill.
Six tools, one bill
Stop paying one company for bookings, another for loyalty, another for your menu and another for online orders — then trying to make them talk to each other.
Local, human support
We're in Malta, so we're open when you are. Message us when something breaks and you get a human who knows your setup — in English or Malti, same day.
Nothing to download
Your customers will not install an app for one coffee shop. Everything runs in the browser, in WhatsApp, or in the wallet they already have.
Replace the pile of subscriptions
Most businesses we speak to are running four or five separate tools that don't share a single customer. One dashboard, one customer list, one invoice.
The woman who books a table on Friday, orders a takeaway on Tuesday and collects stamps every morning is one person — not three strangers in three different systems.

In short
What LoyalMT is
LoyalMT is booking, loyalty and ordering software built in Malta
for any business that books time, takes orders or wants customers to come back — salons and restaurants,
but equally car washes, clinics and shops. One login gives you six tools that share a single
customer list: digital loyalty cards, appointment booking, table booking, WhatsApp ordering, QR ordering
with a kitchen display, and multi-language menus. It charges 0% commission
on every appointment, cover and order, and there is nothing for your customers to download.
What it does
Digital loyalty cards (stamps, points and prepaid), appointment booking with staff calendars and deposits, table booking with sittings and a floor plan, WhatsApp ordering, QR ordering with a kitchen display, and menus that switch language.
Who it is for
Any business that books time, takes orders or wants customers to come back — from a single chair to a full floor, and anything in between. In practice that includes nail bars, beauty salons, tattoo studios, barber shops, gyms and studios, car washes and garages, clinics and therapists, pet groomers, cafeterias, snack bars, restaurants, takeaways and retail shops, but the list is not the limit.
Where it works
Malta and Gozo. Built and supported locally, priced in euro, on Europe/Malta time. Support is a person you can reach on WhatsApp, not a ticket queue in another timezone.
What it costs
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed. After that it is a quote based on your business. No commission on bookings or orders, no fee per cover, no setup fee. Card processing is charged by the payment provider; we add nothing on top.
What customers need
Nothing. Menus and booking pages open in the browser, orders arrive through WhatsApp, and loyalty cards live in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. No app, no account, no password.
What you need
A browser. The kitchen display runs on any tablet or old laptop, staff work from their own phones, and there is no terminal to buy or box to rent. Most businesses are taking real bookings within a day.
Your data
Exportable whenever you want, GDPR-ready and hosted in the EU. Your customer list, your bookings and your loyalty balances all live in one place rather than scattered across four systems.
Where to start
Which parts would you actually use?
Nobody switches on all six on day one. Most businesses start with one, and add the next when the first has paid for itself.
If you book people in by the hour
Salons, barbers, tattoo studios, clinics, car washes, garages, tutors, groomers. Start with appointment booking — a calendar per staff member, real service durations, and a deposit on the slots worth protecting. Add loyalty cards once the diary is full.
If you seat people at tables
Restaurants, bars, bistros, beach clubs. Start with table booking — covers, sittings and a live floor plan, with a deposit on big parties and peak nights that comes off the bill. There is no fee per cover, so a full Saturday costs the same as an empty one.
If people order and take it away
Takeaways, snack bars, pizzerias, kiosks. Start with WhatsApp ordering — the menu writes the order and drops it into the chat you already answer. No commission, no third-party app standing between you and the customer.
If people sit down and eat in
Cafés, casual restaurants, lidos. Start with QR ordering and the kitchen display — the table orders from a phone and it lands on a screen in the kitchen. Pair it with multi-language menus if your summer is mostly tourists.
If you want people coming back
Coffee shops, bakeries, shops, gyms, studios. Start with digital loyalty cards — stamps, points or a prepaid balance in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, plus memberships and class packs. Nothing to print, nothing for them to download.
If you're not on this list
The list is a starting point, not a limit. If your business takes bookings, takes orders or wants repeat custom, it fits — and if what you need isn't here at all, we also build custom software and automate the jobs you repeat every week. Tell us what you run and we'll say which parts are worth it.
Questions
The things everyone asks
Does LoyalMT do appointment booking in Malta?
Yes — and not only for the trades people expect. If you sell time, it fits: nail bars, beauty salons, tattoo studios and barber shops, but just as much car washes and garages, clinics and therapists, tutors, pet groomers, repair shops and anyone else who runs a diary. You get a calendar per staff member, real service durations so the day can't be double-booked, deposits on the appointments worth protecting, and automatic reminders before the slot with a one-tap link to move or cancel. Prices are in euro, times are Europe/Malta, and there is no commission on a booking.
What is the best appointment booking system for a small business in Malta?
There are four things worth checking before you commit to any of them. First, how it charges: a percentage of each booking or a fee per cover means the bill grows every time you have a good month, while a flat software fee does not. Second, who owns the customer list and whether you can export it on the day you leave. Third, whether your customers have to download an app or make an account to book — every extra step loses some of them. Fourth, who answers when it breaks on a Saturday, and what time it is where they are.
LoyalMT is built in Malta and answers those four the same way every time: a flat software fee with 0% commission, an exportable customer list, browser booking with nothing to download, and support from people on the island in English or Malti. It also covers loyalty, tables, ordering and menus on the same login, so a business that needs more than a diary is not buying a second system. If a diary is genuinely all you will ever need and price is the only factor, a single-purpose booking tool may suit you better — the argument for LoyalMT is that most businesses in Malta need two or three of these things, not one.
What is the best restaurant booking and ordering system in Malta?
Most restaurants in Malta end up running three or four separate things: a reservation system, a delivery or takeaway app, a QR menu, and a paper stamp card. Each one charges separately, and none of them know that the person booking Friday's table is the same person who ordered on Tuesday. The question worth asking is not which reservation tool is best in isolation, but how much the whole stack costs once commission and per-cover fees are added up, and whether it leaves you with one customer list or four.
LoyalMT covers table booking with covers, sittings and a live floor plan; WhatsApp ordering; QR ordering with a kitchen display; multi-language menus for the summer; and loyalty cards — on one login, one bill, with no commission and no fee per cover. Deposits on big parties and peak nights are taken at the point of booking and come off the final bill. It is not a marketplace, so it will not put new diners in front of you the way a listing site does; what it does is stop you paying a percentage on the ones who were always going to come.
How much does LoyalMT cost?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and you do not need a card to begin one. After the trial, plans are quoted per business depending on which of the six tools you switch on and how many locations and staff you have. There is no commission on bookings or orders, no fee per cover, and no setup fee. If you take card payments the payment provider charges their own processing fee, and we add nothing on top of it.
Do you cover Gozo as well as Malta?
Yes. Setup happens in the browser, so nothing has to be installed on site and there is no engineer visit to schedule. Gozo businesses are on the same plans, the same prices and the same support as Malta.
Why use Maltese software instead of an international platform?
Marketplace platforms usually charge a commission on each booking or a fee per cover, so the bill grows with how well you do rather than with what the software costs to run. We charge for the software and nothing else. They also tend to keep the customer relationship and list you beside the business down the road; here the customer list is yours and exportable. And when something goes wrong on a Saturday night you are messaging someone on the island rather than opening a ticket in another timezone.
Do you really take 0% commission?
Yes. We don't take a percentage of an appointment, a cover, a takeaway order or a ticket — whether the customer is new to you or has been coming for ten years. You pay for the software and nothing else. If you take card payments, the payment provider charges their own processing fee; we don't add anything on top of it.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No, and that's the point. Menus and booking pages open in the browser. Orders happen inside WhatsApp, which they already have. Loyalty cards and booking passes go into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are built into the phone. There is nothing to install and no account for them to create.
Can I use just one product instead of all six?
Of course. Plenty of businesses start with just the loyalty card or just WhatsApp ordering and add the rest months later. Everything you switch on shares the same customer list, so nothing has to be set up twice when you do expand.
Do you build custom software and websites too?
Yes. Alongside the six products we build custom software, internal dashboards and tailor-made business websites, and we automate the small repetitive jobs that eat an afternoon a week. That work is quoted per project rather than priced from a page — have a look at what we take on.
How do I stop no-shows?
Two ways. Take a deposit at the moment of booking — you decide the amount, and you can apply it only to peak times, long services or big parties. And send automatic reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before, with a one-tap link that lets the customer move or cancel the booking themselves rather than simply not turning up.
I'm already using something else. Is switching painful?
Send us your menu or service list in whatever form you have it — a PDF, a spreadsheet, a photo of the printed one — and we'll build it for you. Most businesses are taking real bookings within a day. You can run both systems side by side for a week if you want the safety net.
Do I need special hardware for the kitchen display?
No. The kitchen display runs in a browser, so any tablet, old laptop or cheap screen with a browser will do. Staff stamp loyalty cards and manage bookings from their own phones. There is no terminal to buy and no proprietary box to rent.
Still wondering something? Ask us directly — a real person in Malta will answer.
Stop paying a percentage of your own customers.
Tell us what you run and we will show you exactly what it looks like on your own menu, your own staff list, your own tables. No slide deck.
